Rawlins born in Crescent City, California, on February 1, 1961, passed away January 28, 2022, at her home in Burlington, WA. Heather leaves behind her sons Blake and Brett, who were by her side for this journey. She is preceded in death by her parents Tom and Lucille Stewart. Heather is survived by her sister Stormy, and brother Tom.Memories of Heather will include her being courageous, loving, brave, and caring for others before herself.Heather now walks with her creator, along a path to a better place. She will be welcomed with open arms by those already there. It’s been an honor for all of us to be her family. Services are planned sometime in the future.
