Bjorn Strom, loving husband of Garnet Strom for 48 years, and father of Kristoffer Strom and Michael Strom, passed away at the age of 85. Bjorn was born in Drammen, Norway. He served in the Norwegian Air Force. Later he worked as a seaman on several ships as a mechanic. In 1965 Bjorn moved to San Jose, CA. In 1972 Bjorn married Garnet Bearup. Bjorn retired from United Airlines after working for 35 years. After retiring, the couple moved to Brookings, OR. In 2014 they moved to Crescent City, CA.Memorial Service will be at The Crescent City Church of the Nazarene on October 9th at 2:00pm.
