On Wednesday June 16, 2021, Arlene M. Jones passed away at age 82. Arlene was born in Athelstane, Wisconsin on November 5, 1938. She married Leslie Jones on December 21, 1955. They had three children, Richard, Vickie and Mitchell. She loved and was very proud of her children, grandchildren, (Gary, Michael, Jennifer, Jeremy, Payton and Cameron) and Great grandchildren (Kaedn, Owen, Averie, and Aelia). She enjoyed family gatherings. She liked to play boardgames, listen to country music, reading books and word search games. Arlene was preceded in death by her father Earl, mother Cordelia, two brothers Morris and Melvin, daughter in law Mary and Grandson Jeremy. At Arlene’s request, there will be no funeral services held. She will be buried at the Del Norte County Veteran’s Cemetery, Crescent City, CA next to her husband.
