William Roy Sanderson, born December 20, 1937, in Hoopa, California, passed away May 22, 2021, in Klamath, California, at age 83. He was born to William Roy Sanderson and Paula Ferris Sanderson Boles.William was a Yurok Tribal member, a Navy Veteran, he worked for United Airlines, a sheet metal worker, the railroad, and Cal Trans.He is survived by sisters Patricia Sanderson Pace of Salt Lake City, Utah, Boni Boles Brown of Smith River, California, and 2 brothers, Phillip Collett of Etiwanda, California, and Burt Boles of La Quinta, California. There are numerous nieces and nephews who all loved Uncle Bill. We will miss this big hearted, smart, enjoyable man.
