Elk Valley Casino, home of entertainment in Crescent City, recently donated $2,075.63 to Gateway Education. Elk Valley Casino has several donation boxes on the casino floor that customers utilize when depositing their tickets. Typically, these are small amounts ranging from a couple of cents up to a dollar. “However, we’ve seen an increase with customers depositing cash and larger ticket amounts,” said Teach Charley, marketing specialist. “Elk Valley Casino donates these contributions from our customers every quarter to local nonprofits.
