After months of detours, Front Street will soon reopen.The Crescent City City Council will cut a ribbon to open the street at 4 p.m. Tuesday, after which local residents are invited to take part in a drive-through of the repaired road.City Manager Eric Wier announced last week that construction was nearly finished, and Front Street would open to the public Tuesday.
