By popular demand and our desire to better meet the needs of our valuable patrons, we’ve expanded our hours for curbside services. The curbside hours are now expanded to Mondays through Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.To take advantage of this service, simply call (707) 464-9793 or info@delnortecountylibrary.org the day before desired pickup. We will need your name, phone number, library card number and requested item(s). Checkouts are limited to five items per library card and three items per easy access library card.Please be sure you arrive during the hours mentioned. Please call when you arrive and be sure to have your trunk open for staff to deposit your item(s). When you arrive, we will be happy to bring the items to your car. This means that our curbside services will be entirely contactless. Please help us out by following these guidelines:- Call us from the parking lot to let us know which car you are in.- Please show staff a photo ID through a closed window. Staff will not be able to approach your car if your windows are open.- Staff will deposit the items in your (already opened) trunk.- If you are without a phone/vehicle, you may come and knock on our door; you will be asked to stand back six feet from our door and staff will deposit your item(s) in a box for you.- Return items must go in the book drop. Staff will not accept returned items by hand. The book drop will be open Mondays through Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Items are due back in three weeks.We are always looking for ways to improve our services and programs and sometimes even small changes can make a big difference.
