Maria Conceicao Vieira Ormonde, age 90, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her children on January 2, 2021 due to congestive heart failure. She was born February 16, 1930 in the village of Lajes, on Terceira Island, Azores, Portugal.She married Manuel Alves Ormonde February 10th, 1949, who preceded her in death in 2010. Maria immigrated to the United States in 1968 with her husband and three children.Maria loved being with her family.She always looked forward to family gatherings and being surrounded by her grand and great grandchildren.
