Rumaldo Salcedo, 44, was born September 6, 1976 in Los Angeles, California. He passed away on November 17, 2020 in O’Brien, Oregon. Rumaldo was a 13-year resident of Del Norte County.He had a love for sports and supported all youth activities, keeping his children involved in local sports, Rumaldo loved coaching, and loved all the children he coached. Win or lose, he always let the kids know how proud of them he was. Anyone that knew Rumaldo knew he had a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, someone you could count on when needed.Rumaldo is survived by his parents, Gloria Lopez (Frank); Jose Salcedo (Linda), his children: Adriana, Rumaldo Jr, Christopher; siblings: Julie Lopez, Gabriel Lopez (Pricilla) Joseph Salcedo, Lynnette Otero (Phillip) Monique Rosales (Jon) Sylvia Koshe (Will); Grandfather William Lopez (Mercy); Fiancé Crystal Jimenez, Eddie, Emma.
