Lunn was also convited of malicious mischief to a vehicle and sentenced to 1 year probation, 60 days in jail and a fine of $630. Lunn was also convicted of driving on a suspended license and was given a fine of $695.* Michael William McNeill, 45, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/ reckless driving and was sentenced to 1 year probation and a fine of $833. McNeill was also convicted of driving on a suspended license and sentenced to 1 year probation and a fine of $2,125.* Christian Carlos Picon, 20, of Sebring, Fla. was convicted of unlawful transport of marijuana for sale and sentenced to 3 years probation and a fine of $876.* Chadwick Ronald Poole, 45, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to 30 days in jail.* Steven Leonard Reed, 42, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and possession and sentenced to 90 days jail and a fine of $1,709.* Harley Satterfield, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and sentenced to 3 years probation, 2 days in jail and a fine of $1,864.* Daniel Aiken Smithson, 42, of Crescent City, was convicted of lewd act upon a child (x2) and attempted lewd or lascivious acts with child under 14 and sentenced to 9 years in prison and a fine of $370.* James Dennis Trammel, 73, of Crescent City, was convicted of wet/reckless driving and sentenced to 1 year probation and a fine of $833.* Derrick Edward Willis, 35, of Crescent City, was convicted of DUI and sentenced to 5 years probation, 90 days in jail and a fine of $2,602.
