The following report of criminal convictions between Oct. 23-29 was provided by the Superior Court of Del Norte County:Clifford Leroy Albers, Jr., 23, of Klamath, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 30 days.Steven Michael Brooks, 35, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of a controlled substance for sale, sentenced to jail for three years and a fine of$1,600. Nelson was also convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for 15 days, probation for four years and a fine of $1,864.Lawrence George Orcutt, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted on three counts of violating community supervision and was sentenced to jail for 180 days for each count, totaling 540 days.Dana Vandevender Owen, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.Tyler Oβbrien Reynolds, 19, of Smith River, was convicted of unlawful sexual intercourse, sentenced to jail for 20 days, probation for three years and a fine of $220.Matthew Shane Rugg, Jr., of Cave Junction, Oregon, was convicted of theft and unlawful driving or taking of a vehicle, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,500.Theron Raoul Taylor, 52, a transient, was convicted of failure to register as a sex offender, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $1,860.
