The following report of criminal convictions between Oct. 16-22 was provided by the Superior Court of Del Norte County:Christopher Michael Bessant, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft/larceny, sentenced to jail for one day, probation for one year and a fine of $671.Jody Shane Bingham, 44, of Crescent City, was convicted on three counts of violating community supervision and was sentenced to 180 days for each violation, totaling 540 days. Grogan was also convicted of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 180 days and a fine of $630. Grogan was also convicted of driving without a license, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $634. Grogan was also convicted of possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to jail for 180 days and a fine of $876.Jesse Stephen Martin, 46, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for five days.Acacia Li McAlpine, 36, of Sebastapool, California, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant and driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 30 days, probation for four years and a fine of $4,726. McAlpine was also convicted of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 30 days, probation for three years and a fine of $630.Christopher Leon Nelson, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation, sentenced to jail for 60 days and a fine of $150.Agustin Nunez, 22, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and was sentenced to jail for 15 days.Holli Danier Olson, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of fleeing an officer/reckless driving with disregard, and driving on a suspended license, sentenced to prison for two years and 30 days and a fine of $4,540.Kendra Jean Robson, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft/larceny, sentenced to jail for one day, probation for one year and a fine of $671.Stephanie Lynnett Russell Roblero, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 30 days.Joshua Curtis Serna, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant and refusing to submit to a chemical test, sentenced to jail for 30 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.
