Gary Estes King, 82, of Crescent City, California, passed August 15, 2020. Gary was born to Fagan Estes King and Bernice Marjorie Pollock, December 28, 1937, in Fresno, California. He married Jean Elizabeth Hayden in 1959 and together they raised four children.He leaves as his legacy four wonderful children: Tori King, Terri King, Tonya Holden (Jim), and Timothy King (Jessica). He also leaves to treasure his memory his grandchildren: Morgon Holden, McKinnze Lopez (Logan), and Chase King. Great-grandchildren: Sawyer Lopez and Declan Lopez. Siblings: Marjorie Tschetter (Ron), Jeanie Harris, and Cathy Stevens (Bob). Several nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.He was preceded in death by Fagan Estes King (Father), Bernice Marjorie Pollock (Mother), and Donna Anderson (Sister).Gary was an adored and cherished Father to his children and soulmate to his wife of 61 years. To know Gary was to know that he was a strong man of faith. Quick witted with a sense of humor that would draw you in and have you laughing right along with him. He was a selfless man who would go out of his way to help others and never expect anything in return. He cherished his family beyond measure and he showed this every day through his words, actions and faith. There are not enough words to describe the love, guidance, comfort, and support that he has provided his family during his years on this earth and no words to explain the magnitude of grief and sorrow we feel to have him taken from us. The testament of his love will live on through his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and the many lives he touched. This is not goodbye but see you later in Heaven.Revelation 21:4 - He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.The family will honor Gary’s wishes and there will be no services held.
