Banks was also convicted on four counts of violating probation, so original sentence of three years in prison and $300 fine is now imposed for crime of dissuading a witness from testifying.George Nolan Bradshaw, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,860.Ralph Carmona, 46, of Trinidad, California, was convicted of wet/reckless driving, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $829.Daniel Arthur Dodson, 62, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for five days.Brandon Denny Gill, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of battery on a police office, sentenced to jail for one year and a fine of $630.Henry Clay Hiter, III, 50, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and sentenced to jail for 30 days.Randy John Jacobson, 39, a transient, was convicted of fleeing an officer/reckless driving, sentenced to prison for three years and a fine of $4,170.Daniel Doyle Johnson, 48, of Crescent City, was convicted on two counts of violating probation, so his original sentenced of 16 months in jail and a fine of $300 for burglary is now imposed.Gerald Lewis, 56, of Smith River, was convicted of failure to appear in court, sentenced to probation for one year and a fine of $630.Suzanne Kei Malos, 54, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for five days.Cody Miles, 20, of Crescent City, was convicted of conspiracy, sentenced to jail for 20 days, probation for three years and a fine of $671. Miles was also convicted on two counts of violating probation and sentenced to jail for five days.Michael Anthony Vangas, 56, of Brookings, Oregon, was convicted on two counts of driving under the influence of an intoxicant and driving with knowledge of a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 64 days, probation for eight years and fines totaling $4,524.Jasara Brooks Sunshine Warren, 22, of Crescent City, was convicted of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a billy club and resisting/delaying/obstructing, sentenced to jail for 30 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,016. Warren was also convicted of petty theft, sentenced to jail for 30 days and a fine of $220.Steven Laray, Willett, 45, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and driving on a suspended license with a prior offense, sentenced to jail for 90 days and fines totaling $1,851.
