The Redwood Parks Conservancy invites the public to join the Tolowa Dunes Stewards for beach grass removal and dunes habitat restoration Sunday, from noon to 4 p.m. in the Tolowa Dunes State Park.Pulling European beach grass is a moderate activity. Participants should wear sturdy shoes for walking in sand and dress in layers. Bring a hat, water and personal snacks. Gloves, light shovels and snacks will be provided.Meet at the Lake Earl Wildlife Area Information Center at 2591 Old Mill Road in Crescent City.
