Daniel Lorenz Chilcutt, 43, of Crescent City, was convicted on two counts of diving on a suspended license with a prior, sentenced to jail for 60 days, probation for three years and a combined fine of $4,548. Chilcutt was also convicted on two counts of violating probation, sentenced to jail for 15 days and a fine of $150. Elise Marie Garamendi, 36, of Smith River, was convicted of violating probation, sentenced to jail for one day and a fine of $150. Raymond Johnson Gregg, 33 of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license and violating probation, sentenced to jail for 80 days and a fine of $2,274. John Wathen Holman, 57, of Eureka, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864. Gary Allen Jennings, 28, of Crescent City, was convicted on two counts of violating probation thus the original charge was imposed of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, sentenced to prison for four years and a fine of $300. Jennings was also convicted of fleeing an officer/reckless driving and receiving stolen property, sentenced to prison terms totaling six years and fines totaling $740. Emery William Mattz, 71, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three days and a fine of $1,864. Tina Marie Mattz, 52, of Klamath, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with a prior, sentenced to jail for 15 days, a probation for four years and a fine of $2,602. Richard Benton McCovey, Jr., 38, of Klamath, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for five days. Aaron Matthew Nichols, 44, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 45 days. Carolyn Mae Oquist, 62, of Orick, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 20 days. Sammantha Anne Patterson, 31, of Obrien, Oregon, was convicted of possession of marijuana of 28.5 grams or more, sentenced to jail for 15 days, probation for three years and a fine of $876. Kristy Lynn Teasley, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving without a license, sentenced to jail for four days, probation for three years and a fine of $634. Teasley was also convicted on two counts of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for four days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,040. Ashley Nicole Wagaman, 23, of Central Point, Oregon, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for five days, which was stayed.
