The National Park Service (NPS) currently has several openings for temporary seasonal maintenance workers at Redwood National and State Parks. Duties may include custodial work (cleaning, sanitizing and stocking comfort stations, shower buildings, vault toilets and composting toilets) collecting trash and other grounds-keeping duties, and general maintenance, such as making minor repairs to park facilities and infrastructure. Positions are full-time, a minimum of 40 hours per week, lasting approximately July through mid-October. Wages for these positions starts at $19.77 per hour and the work may include being required to work on-call, evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime and/or shift work. Job applicants must be 18 years of age, possess a valid driver license and be U.S. citizens, nationals or those who owe allegiance to the U.S. with or without Federal status. To apply, applicants should send a detailed resume and other supporting documents via email to NPS maintenance supervisor Christopher_Corder@nps.gov by Friday, June 26. If part-time, the hours must be annotated to be able to pro- rate the amount qualified specialized experience. The resume should indicate specific experience with custodial operations and the tools used to perform these duties. #placement_573654_0_i{width:100%;max-width:550px;margin:0 auto;}var rnd = window.rnd || Math.floor(Math.random()*10e6);var pid573654 = window.pid573654 || rnd;var plc573654 = window.plc573654 || 0;var abkw = window.abkw || '';var absrc = 'https://ads.empowerlocal.co/adserve/;ID=181918;size=0x0;setID=573654;type=js;sw='+screen.width+';sh='+screen.height+';spr='+window.devicePixelRatio+';kw='+abkw+';pid='+pid573654+';place='+(plc573654++)+';rnd='+rnd+';click=CLICK_MACRO_PLACEHOLDER';var _absrc = absrc.split("type=js"); absrc = _absrc[0] + 'type=js;referrer=' + encodeURIComponent(document.location.href) + _absrc[1];document.write('');Applications should also include other supporting documents, if applicable, such as: 1.
