The following report of criminal convictions between June 1 and June 5 was provided by the Superior Court of Del Norte County:Perry Philip Acton, 58, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.Sunny Nicole Athey, 23, of Klamath, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant with a prior offense, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for four years and a fine of $2,602.
