Homer Paul Babbitt born December 14, 1957 passed away at home on April 17, 2020 surrounded by his loving family after a courageous battle with esophageal cancer. Homer graduated from Del Norte High School.He married his wife Jill in 1983 and together they had four daughters. In his younger years Homer worked as a firefighter for both the forest service and CDF. In 1997 he became a Correctional Officer working 13 years until his retirement.Homer was a loving, attentive, and full-time husband and father who always made us laugh.
