The Del Norte County Superior Court has closed operations effective March 20 through April 1 in response to an emergency declaration from the County Public Health Director to COVID-19.Presiding Judge Darren McElfresh issued the implementation order today, pursuant to the emergency powers granted him by California Chief Justice Tani G.
