reported subject acting strangely and possibly holding a knife behind his back on the 900 block of Washinton Boulevard.At 8:00 a.m., caller reported her boyfriend put his hands around her neck and tried to break her car windows on the 400 block of M Street.At 9:40 a.m., staff reported guest’s vehicle was broken into on the 200 block of U.S. Highway 101 and broke several windows.At 12:43 p.m., caller reported suspicious subject walking on the 1300 block of Washington Boulevard acting strangely.At 12:47 p.m., caller reported subject appeared to be living at a vacant residence on the 800 block of Humboldt Street.At 1:01 p.m., caller reported witnessing a subject hitting around child in a car seat on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard.At 1:34 p.m., caller requested removal of a subject at her apartment on the 600 block of Eighth Street refusing to leave.At 1:37 p.m., caller reported loss of funds from her Chase Bank account through a fraudulent check.At 2:27 p.m., caller reported she had video footage of a subject who had been stealing her mail from the 500 block of Butte Street.At 2:33 p.m., caller reported her father’s residence on the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive was burglarized.At 4:00 p.m., caller reported subject attempting to camp inside the restroom on Play Street with her two dogs.At 5:25 p.m., caller reported his two children were playing outside on the 300 block of B Street, but then he could not locate them.At 5:54 p.m., caller reported hearing yelling inside a motorhome parked on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101.At 6:23 p.m., caller reported she could hear kids and adults yelling on the 600 block of Cooper Avenue.At 9:02 p.m., caller reported a mountain lion in his backyard on the 1600 block of Del Mar Road.At 10:56 p.m., caller reported a shoplifter left the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.Sunday, March 15:At 5:24 a.m., caller reported a red car had its lights on and had been parked on the corner of U.S. Highway 101 and Sandmine Road for at least two and a half hours.At 7:41 a.m., caller reported her father’s residence on the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive was burglarized again.At 9:23 a.m., jail staff requested an assist with an inmate who was being uncooperative on the 600 block of Fifth Street.At 10:19 a.m., caller reported finding a toddler in the roadway on the 200 block of Indra Street.At 1:05 p.m., caller reported shoplifter detained on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.At 3:12 p.m., cab driver reported she was flagged down by a subject reported she was assaulted on Maiden Lane.At 4:32 p.m., caller reported subject stole a basket full of groceries and fled in a vehicle on the 400 block of M Street.At 6:15 p.m., caller reported a male transient throwing trash and dirt on the ground and throwing potted plants out into the street on the 1100 block of Third Street.At 7:56 p.m., caller reported a possible illegal burn on the 100 block of Embarcadero, smells like plastic.At 8:31 p.m., caller reported suspicious male subject walking down the road flashing a flashlight at people’s houses on the corner of Fred Haight Drive and Wilson Lane.At 8:34 p.m., caller reported several shots heard on Pacific Avenue.At 10:34 p.m., caller reported his scanner was stolen out of his trailer on the 300 block of M Street.Monday, March 16:At 2:45 a.m., caller reported hearing what sounded like 10 gunshots on the 200 block of Wallace Avenue.At 4:26 a.m., caller reported she caught a male subject digging around in her car on the 100 block of Third Street.At 4:47 a.m., caller reported a power pole or power box caught on fire on the 1300 block of Jordan Street.At 10:03 a.m., California Highway Patrol reported a baby in the parking lot on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.At 11:34 a.m., caller reported someone pounding on his trailer door and yelling at him on the 300 block of L Street.At 11:52 a.m., caller reported he was receiving scam phone calls.At 1:19 p.m., caller reported a box of hypodermic needles on the side of the road on Play Street.At 3:41 p.m., caller reported a female stole several items and fled the store on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.At 6:32 p.m., caller reported subjects broke into a storage area on the 2600 block of Lake Earl Drive.At 9:49 p.m., caller reported female subject stole several items and then took off in a vehicle on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.At 11:53 p.m., multiple caller reported fireworks or gunshots on the 100 block of Dream Street.Tuesday, March 17:At 12:41 a.m., caller reported two subjects approached him while he was walking and stole his sweater, hat and money on McNamara Road.At 4:25 a.m., caller reported people who tried to get into her room were in a fight on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101.At 10:18 a.m.,
