College of the Redwoods’ women’s and men’s basketball teams will each host a second round California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA) Nor-Cal state playoff tournament game tonight. Both teams are ranked eighth in Northern California.The CR women’s team will host Skyline College at 5:30 p.m. and the men’s team will host Sacramento City College at 7:30 p.m. The games will take place at the CR gymnasium.Tickets will be available to purchase at the CR PE office starting from noon to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., or at the main entrance to the gymnasium starting at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. You may also reserve tickets by calling the PE Office at (707) 476-4213 starting on Wednesday at noon and be placed on a will call list. Cash or check payments only.Tickets on the will call list must be paid for and picked up prior to 5:30 p.m. Friday or they will be released for re-sale. Tickets must be presented at the main door starting Friday at 3:30 p.m. for admission.Ticket prices are set by the CCCAA as this is a state playoff game. Prices are $12 for adults and $8 for students, faculty, staff, children under 12 and seniors over 60. The price of the tickets includes both games.A maximum of 800 tickets will be sold.
