At 1:46 p.m., caller reported his ex-wife took his horses and horse trailer from the 1300 block of Morehead Road. At 1:49 p.m., caller reported his wallet was lost or stolen on the 2500 block of Howland Hill Road. At 1:56 p.m., caller reported subjects outside the restaurant on the 500 block of U.S. Highway 101 wew trying to kill him. At 2:24 p.m., caller reported subject impersonating law enforcement came up to her window and asked her questions on the 9900 block of B Street Pier. At 2:25 p.m., caller reported witnessing a subject yelling and kicking his two dogs on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard. At 2:30 p.m., caller reported she and her mother got into a physical altercation on the 1100 block of Douglas Street. At 2:32 p.m., caller reported subjects with ladders and no tools were going behind a house on the corner of Fifth and Taylor Street. At 3:29 p.m., caller reported three subjects in a heated verbal altercation in front of her residence on the 700 block of McNamara Avenue. At 4:11 p.m., caller reported loss of funds through fraud at Chase Bank on the 3000 block of Elk Valley Road. At 4:57 p.m., caller reported some kind of disturbance at the restaurant on the 100 block of N Street involving a business partner. At 5:08 p.m., caller reported child’s mother was not complying with custody order on the 200 block of Jackie Street. At 5:24 p.m., caller reported possible drug activity at one of his tenant’s trailers on the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive. At 5:42 p.m., caller reported several juveniles throwing rocks at the water tower on the corner of Lauff Avenue and Amador Street. At 5:43 p.m., staff requested contact at the nurse’s station on the 1200 block of Marshall Street for an altercation that had occurred involving a resident and a staff member. At 6:32 p.m., caller reported a vehicle just pulled in front of her house on the 100 block of Dream Street and she did not know who it was. At 6:35 p.m., caller reported ongoing harassment from a furniture store employee on the 100 block of M Street. At 7:20 p.m., caller reported seeing a vehicle on Kraft Drive she believed was reported stolen. At 7:41 p.m., caller reported she could hear a woman yelling on the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive, but she was unsure if it was coming from a TV. At 7:45 p.m., staff reported people were removing food from the restaurant on the 100 block of N Street. At 7:46 p.m., Tractor Supply staff reported they could hear yelling on the 600 block of M Street. At 8:01 p.m., caller reported he was chased by a group of people from the 100 block of L Street. At 8:36 p.m., caller reported she could hear a male asking a female to leave on the 100 block of Klamath Boulevard. At 9:33 p.m., caller reported her ex tried to break her door down and possibly broke a window on the 200 block of Eighth Street. At 10:22 p.m., caller reported someone was hitting his trailer on the 200 block of Olive Street. At 10:53 p.m., caller reported a subject failed to scan some items at the register on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. At 11:07 p.m., caller reported hearing gunshots on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. Saturday, Feb. 15: At 12:03 a.m., caller reported two subjects stole some items and exited from the back of the building on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. At 1:38 a.m., caller reported she received a strange text from a subject on the 1700 block of Northcrest Drive. At 6:03 a.m., caller reported his vehicle door open and there were tools missing on the 400 block of Kern Street. At 8:20 a.m., caller requested to speak with a deputy about a restraining order on the 5900 block of Lower Lake Road. At 8:22 a.m., caller reported her wallet was lost or stolen after falling out of her purse around the 800 block of Butte Street. At 9:49 a.m., caller requested a welfare check on subject sleeping on the side of the road on the corner of U.S. Highway 101 and Borough Lane. At 11:26 a.m., caller reported subject camping on the beach on Pebble Beach Drive was defecating on the trail and littering. At 12:25 p.m., caller reported theft of funds from his Chase Bank account by fraudulent checks on the 300 block of Forks Placer Mine Road. At 12:27 p.m., caller reported his uncle was yelling and hit the wall in front of his family on the 1400 block of Gainard Street. At 12:33 p.m., caller reported the restaurant on the 100 block of N Street was broken into the night before. At 12:51 p.m., caller requested welfare check on a subject who was sitting on the sidewalk crying on the corner of Washington Boulevard and Napa Street. At 12:53 p.m., caller reported subject she had restraining order against was in her driveway to pick another subject up from the residence on the 1300 block of Washington Boulevard. At 1:00 p.m., caller requested to speak with a deputy regarding a custody issue on the 100 block of Houlie Lane. At 1:46 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject laying in the field on the corner of Washington Boulevard and Lake Street. At 2:05 p.m., caller reported female heard intermittently screaming at the residence on the 1700 block of Adams Avenue. At 2:17 p.m., caller reported illegal campfire on the beach on the 88800 block of Howe Drive. At 2:28 p.m., caller reported she was involved in a non-injury accident in the parking lot on the 400 block of M Street. At 2:34 p.m., caller reported his cell phone was lost or stolen in the Crescent City area. At 2:37 p.m., Crescent Beach Motel reported subject on the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 101 yelling and harassing employees. At 3:46 p.m., caller reported subjects had been living in a vehicle outside of his residence on the 200 block of Grand Avenue. At 5:49 p.m., caller reported possible drug activity on the 1500 block of Del Mar Road. At 6:20 p.m., caller he was told by customers that they could hear a public fight on the 300 block of M Street. At 6:26 p.m., caller reported transient male subject yelling at random people on the 300 block of M Street. At 7:11 p.m., caller reported a suspicious female subject drinking in front of the community center on the 13400 block of U.S. Highway 101. At 7:32 p.m., caller reported her roommate was causing a fight, yelling and screaming on the 100 block of Turnbull Lane. At 7:44 p.m., caller reported there was a suspicious car parked near his yard on the 1300 block of Sandmann Road. At 8:00 p.m., caller reported shots heard on the corner of Lake Earl Drive and Lakeview Drive. At 8:06 p.m., caller reported he witnessed his neighbor hit a juvenile on the 300 block of Amador Street. At 9:07 p.m., caller reported there were juveniles drinking alcohol on the 600 block of Macken Avenue. At 9:19 p.m., caller reported her ex-boyfriend came back to the house on the 2700 block of Nickel Avenue making psychologically unstable statements, choked her and tried to light their trailer on fire. At 9:52 p.m., caller requested documentation about a male subject who was frequently seen in the church area on the 200 block of Macken Avenue following women around. Caller reported she noticed he was standing on her truck bed after she left the church that night and tried to open the truck door. Sunday, Feb. 16: At 2:02 a.m., caller reported she was assaulted by her roommate on the corner of Northcrest Drive and Old Mill Road. At 6:06 a.m., caller reported a subject came into the store on the 1100 block of U.S. Highway 101 and asked to call 911 saying that he needed help. At 7:57 a.m., caller reported two subjects stole two bicycles off of a vehicle in the parking lot on the 200 block of U.S. Highway 101. At 8:28 a.m., caller reported vehicle parked in front of a mailbox on the 1000 block of U.S. Highway 101 had windows down or broken out and expired tags. At 9:02 a.m., caller reported loss of funds through their Chase Bank account on the 1000 block of Humboldt Street. At 11:29 a.m., caller reported her brother-in-law at the residence causing a disturbance and making threats on the 500 block of Coolidge Avenue. At 11:35 a.m., California Highway Patrol found a vehicle over an embankment on Howland Hill Road, unknown if occupied or when the crash occurred. At 11:39 a.m., caller reported he witnessed a subject attempted to break into his vehicle the day before on Radio Road. At 12:25 p.m., California Highway Patrol requested agency assist for a welfare check on a subject looking over the bridge on the 7000 block of U.S. Highway 101. At 12:42 p.m., caller reported large campfire in the field on the 2900 block of Lake Earl Drive. At 12:58 p.m., caller reported his girlfriend was threatening to burn his belongings and medication on the 1200 block of Marshall Street. At 1:58 p.m., vehicle with one occupant crashed into a redwood tree on the 4500 block of Wonder Stump Road, airbags deployed. At 2:39 p.m., caller reported suspicious vehicle idling on the corner of Del Mar Road and Adams Street, possible drug activity. At 4:45 p.m., caller reported subjects in a vehicle who may be attempting to dump garbage in the wooded area on the 400 block of Cooper Avenue. At 5:02 p.m., staff advised subject leaving the hospital intoxicated on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard. At 5:48 p.m., caller reported his vehicle was broken into in Gasquet. At 6:01 p.m., caller reported unresponsive subject on sidewalk on the 13400 block of U.S. Highway 101. At 6:06 p.m., caller reported white smoke coming from behind residence on the corner of Washington Boulevard and Burtschell Street. At 7:23 p.m., caller reported her daughter had locked herself in the bathroom who was threatening to take all her medication in order to kill herself. At 7:51 p.m., caller reported intoxicated male subject harassing customers and stumbling around in front of the building on the 300 block of M Street. At 8:29 p.m., caller reported what sounded like someone hitting a young juvenile and then telling the juvenile to stop crying because they deserved it on the 1200 block of Marshall Street. At 9:02 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on an employee who was acting strange and left the building wearing nothing but his underwear on the 1200 block of Marshall Street. At 9:11 p.m., caller reported suspicious subject walking towards the bridge and ducking behind trees when cars approached. At 9:11 p.m., caller reported male subject looking through vehicle windows on the 300 block of Ninth Street. At 9:19 p.m., caller reported they found a flashlight with a weird powdery substance on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101. At 10:07 p.m., caller reported male subject running around the parking lot taking off his pants on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. At 10:30 p.m., caller reported he believed there were prowlers behind his house on Weber Drive because his dogs were barking. Monday, Feb. 17: At 7:26 a.m., caller reported unknown object burning unattended on the corner of Pacific Avenue and Inyo Street. At 8:50 a.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject who appeared to be heavily under the influence lying on the ground on the 1400 block of Parkway Avenue. At 9:32 a.m., caller reported several medications and syringes located inside the apartment on the 3100 block of Parkway Drive that a resident was recently evicted from. At 10:06 a.m., California Highway Patrol requested medical for a vehicle over the embankment near the river on U.S. Highway 199. At 10:33 a.m., caller reported two men and a woman yelling and screaming on the corner of U.S. Highway 101 and Third Street. At 10:40 a.m., caller reported she found a wallet in a bush on the 600 block of Pacific Avenue. At 11:37 a.m., caller reported suspicious vehicle parked in the driveway on the 2000 block of U.S. Highway 101 and the subject running up towards the residence. At 12:01 p.m., caller reported a subject had been verbally aggressive, threatening and harassing her and her granddaughter and attempting to throw things at them on the 2400 block of Kelly Avenue. At 1:11 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a child that was left in a vehicle on the 1600 block of Northcrest Drive. At 1:24 p.m., caller reported a subject who had been evicted at the residence on the 1500 block of Amador Street. At 2:10 p.m., caller reported his residence was broken into on the 600 block of Childs Avenue. At 2:20 p.m., caller reported he had located someone’s wallet on the 700 block of US. Highway 101. At 2:27 p.m., caller reported four subjects were inside of the residence on the 600 block of Cooper Avenue. At 2:35 p.m., caller reported her ex came into her home on the 800 block of I Street, pushed passed her and took some of her belongings. At 3:26 p.m., caller reported her husband intentionally overdosed on the 1700 block of Northcrest Drive. At 3:44 p.m., staff requested the removal of a subject who was drinking unpurchased alcohol in the store on the 400 block of M Street and refusing to leave. At 6:37 p.m., caller reported a subject followed him around the county, harassing him as he was driving with his daughter. At 6:45 p.m., caller reported a male subject was being harassed by another known male subject over the phone. At 7:43 p.m., caller reported a house was on fire on the corner of Elk Valley Road and Maiden Lane. At 8:08 p.m., caller reported there were two subjects who appeared to be attempting to break into the smoke shop on the 400 block of U.S. Highway101. At 10:18 p.m., caller reported someone was banging on the fence of her yard on the 400 block of Reddy Avenue. Tuesday, Feb. 18: At 2:53 a.m., caller reported they collected a counterfeit bill and identified the female subject who was trying to use it on the 100 block of Klamath Boulevard. At 4:29 a.m., caller reported her ex-boyfriend was at her house on the 1100 block of U.S. Highway 101 after threatening her the day before. At 7:00 a.m., caller reported her daughter ran away from the 1600 block of Northcrest Drive. At 9:00 a.m., caller reported subject threw something at her car and into the road on the corner of El Dorado Street and Childs Avenue. At 9:28 a.m., caller reported a BBQ was stolen from a campsite on the 4200 block of U.S. Highway 101. At 10:40 a.m., caller reported a subject was dumping personal trash in the cans at the park on the 3400 block of Cunningham Lane. At 10:54 a.m., caller reported two subjects were yelling at each other on the 1600 block of Del Mar Road, both possibly on drugs.
