At 2:22 p.m., caller reported she heard four gunshots from somewhere on the corner of Harmony Lane and Old Mill Road. At 2:53 p.m., caller reported a vehicle blocking the turn lane on the corner of U.S. Highway 101 and Northcrest Drive. At 3:16 p.m., caller reported a patient came in on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard and reported being assaulted at school. At 3:18 p.m., caller reported a female she had a court order against was harassing her and yelling at her on the 400 block of H Street. At 3:45 p.m., caller requested the removal of the subject that stole some items on the 1000 block of U.S. Highway 101. At 3:55 p.m., caller reported someone left a purse behind on the 1200 block of Fifth Street. At 4:36 p.m., caller reported her friend's Conex box was broken into on the Low Divide Road. At 4:43 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on his 11-year-old child he saw walking alone on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101. At 4:56 p.m., caller reported she witnessed a subject beating his dog on the corner of Anchor Way and U.S. Highway 101. At 5:03 p.m., caller reported a subject on the 1600 block of Del Mar Road riding up and down driveways. At 5:34 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject on Railroad Avenue who called and statements that she had not eaten in three days and would die if she did not get food. At 5:37 p.m.m, caller reported subject detained on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard for shoplifting. At 5:39 p.m., caller reported a vehicle sitting on the side of the road on the corner of Alder Road and Boulder Avenue. At 6:46 p.m., caller reported a subject was stealing flowers from the headstones on the 500 block of Cooper Street. At 7:03 p.m., caller reported a subject was walking down the roadway on the 600 block of U.S. Highway 101 causing a fight. At 7:21 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on her friend who had not answered the phone on the 1000 block of Condor Street. At 7:38 p.m., caller reported two missionaries came to her door on the 1500 block of Boulder Avenue and made her uncomfortable. At 9:09 p.m., caller reported she saw a subject hit something in the back seat of his car, possibly a child, on the 1100 block of U.S. Highway 101. At 11:08 p.m., caller reported a subject was yelling and cursing and being aggressive on the 400 block of M Street. At 11:35 p.m., caller reported a subject was being aggressive towards staff on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard. Wednesday, Feb. 12: At 12:02 a.m., caller reported someone was in the backyard of a house the caller owns on the 100 block of Grand Avenue. At 12:53 a.m., caller reported a subject was messing with the gate next to the red building on the 200 block of Elk Valley Road. At 1:12 a.m., caller requested removal of a subject that was refusing to leave on the 300 block of Indian Road. At 4:52 a.m., caller reported a subject possibly broke into a location and stole some items on the 1000 block of U.S. Highway 101. At 7:09 a.m., California Highway Patrol requested agency assistance in making contact with a stolen vehicle on U.S. Highway 199. At 8:16 a.m., caller requested removal of a customer inside the shop on the 1200 block of Northcrest Drive yelling at staff refusing to leave. At 8:56 a.m., fight at the high school on the 1300 block of El Dorado Street. At 9:07 a.m., caller reported hearing an altercation on the corner of Parkway Drive and U.S. Highway 199, sounded like a subject was chasing another. At 9:11 a.m., caller requested a welfare check on a neighbor who had been outside screaming on the 800 block of J Street. At 9:14 a.m., caller reported money and social security card were stolen out of her wallet when she was given a ride in the Del Norte County area. At 9:24 a.m., caller reported a large fire at a transient camp on the 300 block of Humboldt Road. At 9:41 a.m., caller reported subject got into her tent and stole all of her belongings. At 9:43 a.m., caller reported ongoing issue with theft at his trailer on the 1200 block of Northcrest Drive. At 10:31 a.m., verbal altercation inside residence on the 1500 block of Del Mar Road. At 10:51 a.m., caller reported a chainsaw missing from the garage on the 100 block of Azalea Drive. At 10:55 a.m., caller reported a fraud through chase bank on the 800 block of Third Street. At 12:16 p.m., caller reported subject followed her to her residence from Burger King and was refusing to leave her alone on the 1300 block of Breen Street. At 12:54 p.m., caller reported a subject attempting to break into the gas station on the 1000 block of U.S. Highway 101. At 12:56 p.m., staff requested removal of a subject yelling and screaming at employees on the 500 block of Harding Avenue. At 1:06 p.m., caller requested to speak with a deputy regarding changing the locks on an abandoned trailer on the 200 block of Fred Haight Drive. At 1:31 p.m., caller reported subject stating someone pulled a gun on him, but unknown where or when. At 1:53 p.m., caller reported his wallet was stolen from his work truck on Humboldt Street and there were charges on his card from Chevron. At 1:54 p.m., caller requested the removal of a subject who was not wanted at the residence on the 200 block of Cates Way. At 2:29 p.m., caller reported vehicle had been idling outside of the store on the 800 block of Northcrest Drive for over two hours. At 3:15 p.m., caller reported subject yelled and made threats towards him when caller asked him to move out of the way on the 500 block of Washington Boulevard. At 3:21 p.m., caller reported highly intoxicated subject left in a vehicle on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101. At 4:18 p.m., staff reported a three-year-old child with no clothing on nearly ran onto U.S. Highway 101 on the 1000 block. At 4:43 p.m., caller reported one detained for shoplifting on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. At 5:28 p.m., caller reported finding a debit card on California Street. At 6:06 p.m., caller reported he believed a suspicious vehicle was on the 200 block of Lexington Court that was connected to a burglary. At 7:54 p.m., caller reported she heard five shots on the 100 block of Conrad Road possibly from a rifle. At 8:23 p.m., caller reported she could smell someone burning trash on the 500 block of Meridian Street. At 8:38 p.m., caller reported a female was in the post office on the 700 block of Second Street going through trash. At 9:04 p.m., caller reported someone knocking on her door and refusing to identify themselves on the 700 block of Tenth Street. At 10:35 p.m., caller reported male subject driving while intoxicated on the corner of Eighth and D Street. Thursday, Feb. 13: At 2:35 a.m., caller reported he believed someone was attempting to break into a vehicle on the corner of Darby Street and Nickel Avenue. At 6:22 a.m., caller reported a male taking a shower in the women’s shower stalls on the 900 block of Sunset Circle. At 7:12 a.m., caller reported multiple subjects were yelling and fighting with each other on the 800 block of K Street, and a male was screaming in pain. At 8:29 a.m.,m caller reported subjects harassing customers on the 500 block of M Street and trying to get people to buy him alcohol because he had no I.D. At 10:03 a.m., caller reported her ex-boyfriend came to the residence making threats toward her current boyfriend on the 100 block of Charm Lane. At 11:30 a.m., caller reported a vehicle with windows broken out on the parking lot on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. At 12:20 p.m., caller reported money stolen from her food stamp card on Waldo Street. At 12:58 p.m., caller reported a theft and vandalism on Low Divide Drive. At 1:05 p.m., staff reported subject who appeared to be under the influence wandering the property on the 800 block of Northcrest Drive. At 1:59 p.m., caller reported her neighbor kept calling her work is currently yelling at her on the 1300 block of J Street. At 2:26 p.m., caller reported subject stole a box of legos and another item from the toy section and fled the store on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. At 2:51 p.m., caller reported ongoing harassment issue with her mother on the 200 block of Maiden Lane. At 3:09 p.m., caller reported logging equipment on fire on the 200 block of Sherwood Lane. At 4:21 p.m., caller reported a theft on the 900 block of Washington Block. At 4:43 p.m., caller reported two subjects in a verbal altercation on the 9900 block of B Street Pier. At 5:16 p.m., caller reported community mail box was stolen on the corner of Loren Avenue and South Bank Road. At 5:53 p.m., caller reported a hit and run vehicle vs. pedestrian on the 300 block of Maiden Lane. At 6:34 p.m., staff reported a subject came in with injuries from an assault that occurred on the 1300 block of El Dorado Street. At 7:14 p.m., caller reported she moved from an address and she had mail that was tracked there on the 1600 block of Northcrest Drive, but the new tenants are refusing to give the caller her mail. At 8:09 p.m., caller reported his 18-year-old wheeler went off the roadway At 8:39 p.m., staff requested removal of male in a wheelchair yelling and cussing on the 900 block of Northcrest Drive. At 847 p.m., caller reported her neighbor upstairs was yelling and cussing on the 900 block of Northcrest Drive. At 9:02 p.m., caller requested the removal of two subjects from their mother’s vehicle on the corner of A and Third Streets. At 9:39 p.m., caller reported they had three females detained for shoplifting on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. Friday, Feb. 14: At 2:13 a.m., caller reported her nephew said his penis was cut off earlier today on the 1000 block of Front Street. At 3:11 a.m., 18-year-old female ate too many mushrooms and is feeling shaky on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101. At 8:30 a.m., caller reported three subjects appeared to be trying to break into the restroom on the 100 block of Batter Point Drive. At 9:29 a.m., caller reported known subject from out of the area was making threats towards her. At 10:23 a.m., caller reported over $19,000 of fraudulent checks were taken from her account on the 900 block of Ternie Lane. At 10:26 a.m., caller reported neighbor’s dog was barking again on the 500 block of K Street.
