Born and died in Crescent City, CA, Kathy worked for several years as a Teaching Assistant for Del Norte County High School Continuation High before going to work for GTE/Verizon for over 25 years.Kathy was preceded in death by her mother, (Louise Grimes) and father, (Henry Grimes) and is survived by her three brothers, John Grimes, Boise, ID, David Grimes, Crescent City, CA and Don Grimes Long Beach, CA. along with many nephews and nieces.A private family cremation for Kathy was performed by Wiers Mortuary.
