Tolowa Dunes restoration project seeks volunteers Sunday

The Tolowa Dunes Stewards and Redwood Parks Conservancy invites volunteers to join their restoration project of the Lake Earl estuary from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2. Organizers recommend wearing “muck” boots.Gather before noon at the end of Old Mill Road, north of Crescent City, at the Info Center, 2591 Old Mill Rd. Dress for the weather and bring water and personal snacks.
