Thu “Phuong Ly” Thi Rogers passed away on January 28, 2020 in Crescent City, California. She was born in Vietnam on July 18, 1940. Thu was a 43 year resident of Del Norte County, having moved here on July 19, 1977 from Los Molinos, CA.Thu worked at all the local fisheries and was known as a true worker. She loved to garden, cook traditional Vietnamese food and enjoyed sharing the food with others. Thu was married to Dr. William C. Rogers for 23 years until he passed away. She supported him while he was a minister here in Crescent City.
