The Crescent City Council has approved a $110,700 contract with Hooven & Company, Inc. of McKinleyville to implement a drainage improvement project at the city’s Waste Water Treatment Plant.City officials solicited bids for the project on Nov. 15, seeking a contractor to keep the plant within state regulations and better manage the drainage onsite.
