Mill Creek Horse Trail is closed through Dec. 19 while trail improvements are being made, according to officials of the Redwood National and State Parks. The portion of the trail from the Bertsch Avenue trailhead to Rellim Ridge Trail, and all of Rellim Ridge Trail, will remain open to equestrians and hikers.
