Gayle Fulk, 70, of Smith River, passed away on November 28,2019 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eugene, OR after a traumatic medical issue arose the week prior. She was surrounded by her husband, Michael Fulk, son, Jason Fulk, daughter, Sarah Chavez, and granddaughter Natalie Chavez as she went to be with the Lord.
