A 3.4 magnitude earthquake was recorded about 4.3 miles west/southwest of Klamath off the California Coast Thursday morning, Oct. 17.The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) reported the quake at about 3:10 a.m. in the Pacific Ocean with a depth of 22.3 miles. USGS stated they have received four reports of people feeling the shake, some from as far was 30 miles away.
