Crescent City will host two Beachfront Park meetings on Oct. 14, from 12-1 p.m. and 5:30-6:30 p.m., to discuss the most popular options for the parkβs improvement. Last month, the city held two townhall meetings regarding Beachfront Park renovations funded by California Proposition 68, a $4.1-million bond for state and local park renovations. In the first round of funding, Crescent City will receive at least $200,000 to enhance Beachfront Park. #placement_573654_0_i{width:100%;max-width:550px;margin:0 auto;}var rnd = window.rnd || Math.floor(Math.random()*10e6);var pid573654 = window.pid573654 || rnd;var plc573654 = window.plc573654 || 0;var abkw = window.abkw || '';var absrc = 'https://ads.empowerlocal.co/adserve/;ID=181918;size=0x0;setID=573654;type=js;sw='+screen.width+';sh='+screen.height+';spr='+window.devicePixelRatio+';kw='+abkw+';pid='+pid573654+';place='+(plc573654++)+';rnd='+rnd+';click=CLICK_MACRO_PLACEHOLDER';var _absrc = absrc.split("type=js"); absrc = _absrc[0] + 'type=js;referrer=' + encodeURIComponent(document.location.href) + _absrc[1];document.write('');In the previous townhall meetings, they took renovation suggestions from residents and compiled a list of the most-wanted projects, including but not limited to a bike and pump track, splash pads, a labyrinth and a botanical garden. These meetings will take place at the Crescent City Cultural Center on 1001 Front St. Attendees can choose between the lunch hour or the evening meeting. googletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('ad-1515727'); });
