Joyce Pauline Marshall, J.P., passed away peacefully in Redding, Ca on 8/26/19 after successful heart surgery. Complications ensued and she fought for a month to regain her health. Faced with a poor quality of life even if rehab would help her back home, she chose to be with those who had gone before her. Her father Oscar Odessus, Sellars mother Betty Lou, sister Vivian Strickland, & brother Patrick.She is survived by her husband Raymond, two sons Scott Mason & Cheryl, Dewayne Mason & Melanie. All from Southern Georgia, 3 sisters Norma Mason & Jimmy of Fl., Eve Sellars of Wash. Becky Carter & Jimmy of Wash, 4 brothers Richard Sellars & Brenda of Fl., James Sellars & Cathy of Georgia, Clifton Sellars, of Fl., & Elbert Sellars of Georgia. & special niece Lisa Sellars of Crescent City.She was a beautiful & loving person & will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She if finally at peace and in pain no longer. There will be no formal services.
