An 18-year-old was killed in a crash at around 11 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9.Police said before the crash, Dylan Cervantes of Crescent City was traveling northbound on Lower Lake Road, north of Mud Hen Village Road, in a 2003 Ford.An unoccupied John Deere loader was partially blocking the northbound lane, according to a statement from California Highway Patrol (CHP).
