Nancy Elizabeth MacLeod passed away peacefully in her daughter’s home in Redding, on June 2, 2019. She was born March 26, 1953, in Sacramento. She grew up on a dairy where her main mode of transportation with her friends was riding horses.She retired from Pelican Bay State Prison after 22 years as a correctional officer. She resided in Smith River for over 30 years. She enjoyed working in her yard, watching football, and reading several newspapers daily.
