Natasha Marie Steele was born on Sept. 24, 1982, in Crescent City. She lived most of her life in Crescent City, Santa Rosa and Covello. She was a person who was crazy outgoing, full of love, full of life, always out for a challenge and adventure and always willing to help someone out.
