Credit to Laura Christmas from WHNT News 19 – November 7, 2017 – Grant, Alabama – The North Marshall Utilities Board of Directors made the decision to take the fluoride out of the water supply. It wasn't primarily a matter over whether fluoride was good or bad for consumers, it was because the board made that decision in October. Company officials say the main reason behind the move is concerns for the health of the treatment plant operators, who are exposed to the raw chemical. The chemical will be removed in 2 weeks. From the Clellam County Auditor, Washington State – November 7, 2017 – The General Election results returned 55.28% that voted NO to water fluoridation.
