KFUG will be off air Sunday, September 18, 2016, to move its equipment to their new location at 573 Elk Valley Road, Crescent City, California. Samuel Strait says, "My show will not air this weekend, but will resume Sunday the 25th with an interview of Bob Berkowitz and Roger Gitlin." KFUG FM radio station at 101.1 started broadcasting a couple of years ago with limited range out of 270 I Street in Crescent City. Owner Paul Critz, applied for and beat out 3,000 other community radio stations for the coveted FM license issued by the FCC. We wish them good luck on their move and continued success.
