By Jill Jennings-McElheney – July 15, 2016 – Email to Alan Larsen at the Enviromental Protection Agency (EPA) with a copy to Arthur Elkins also at the EPA. Dear Alan: The aftermath of the catastrophic water poisoning in Flint, Michigan resulted in scrutiny of water laws, authority, and harm. We are now in a national drinking water crisis because of that scrutiny. Recently, Fluoride Action Network (FAN) reported on their investigation into WIDESPREAD FAILURE BY TEXAS REGULATORS TO NOTIFY RESIDENTS OF TOXIC FLUORIDE LEVELS: http://fluoridealert.org/content/bulletin_6-29-16/ Coupled with developments in Ohio of charges brought against a former public water system operator: Charges filed against water operator in Ohio town. A former public water system operator for Sebring in northeastern Ohio was charged on Wednesday with misdemeanor crimes for failing to notify the public about lead contamination in some tap water in the town, the state's attorney general said. Reuters. I would like to ask you and Mr. Elkins at this time: WHO is legally responsible for harm being done by fluoride infused into consumer drinking water? Thank you, Jill Jennings-McElheney Water Poisoned Victim
