By Heather Murphy On Saturday, Mary 2nd, we had a delicious lunch experience at Superrfly located in Brookings, Oregon across the parking lot from BiMart. Ryan Willcutt was our server. It was about 1:30 pm and they had a line out the door, yet we were all fortunately seated within minutes between inside and outside seating. We learned that four times a year they change their menu. This time I chose a Oriental Chicken Salad ($10) which had luscious greens, topped with mandarin oranges, water chestnuts, bean sprouts and a grilled teriyaki chicken breast. We also ordered Pasta Pomodoro ($8) which was made with angel hair pasta, fresh basil, fresh tomatoes garlic and olive oil sprinkled with fresh parmesan cheese. It had very enjoyable savory taste. Also large portions! We had so much food we were able to share (there were two of us) plus more than enough to take home. Our bill came to under $20. I found the food exceptional, reasonable priced and very pleasant customer service with a smile. Highly recommend Superfly's.
