BY JAIME YARBROUGH From somewhere between Chiang Rai and Mae Sai, Thailand. The first few days were spent going places doing things. Have managed to talk to a couple people who appeared to be Anglo's and only today did I find that a good place to find 'expats' is through a local magazine in Chiang Mai called "City Life" I should have made more of an effort to make a contact before I left – hind sight 20/20 – there's a first time for everything. When we go to Chiang Mai we will travel 3 hours by bus which has Wifi. Navigating and phone connections with my phone are a real challenge. Wifi is spotty at best in most rural areas. Got t-shirts, pictures, stories and excellent health. The weather is often rather warm in the afternoons and the evenings a bit cold but well within the comfort zone.
