BY DONNA WESTFALL As the house shook, Sunday night, March 9th, I figured it was at least a 5 pointer. My husband came running out of the bedroom at my insistence and thought it was our dog scratching himself and shaking the bed. Turned out to be 6.9 and off the coast from Eureka. No one was injured. No damages were reported. Just surprised we didn't feel any aftershocks.
