If the City receives 50% +1 protest letters on November 4th, they cannot institute the new 150% increase in proposed water rates. Tell everyone you know to fill out this form and mail it in or call for pick-up. Remember the rule: 1 protest letter per 1 parcel. If an apartment complex has 4 units, either the owner can sign a protest letter OR a tenant can sign a protest letter. Only 1 will be counted. If you or someone you know owns multiple properties, they must sign one protest letter for each property.
