BY JAIME YARBROUGH Confirmed by a reliable source, Ray's Market in Smith River is due to close August 4th. This is devastating news for the Smith River area. It will create a hardship for many that have relied on the store all these years. So far, nothing is due to go in it's place. Some are wondering if there's anything that can be done to create a co-op market?
