BY NICOLA GROBE For all dog caretakers/owners: Please bring your dogs into the warm house with you. Dogs who are kept outdoors, particularly during the winter months, get very cold and they suffer. Dogs have already come into veterinary offices with severe and painful bladder infections due to exposure to cold temperatures. Dogs have developed severe arthritis. And some dogs have died from those cold related illnesses. This is torture. It can be prevented by bringing the dogs (and cats) into the warm house
