BY DONNA WESTFALL In Katherine Kelly's article dated December 10th, EMERGENCY FEES OR FINES OR MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING?, it was reported that there were no 911 hang-ups in the prior 3 years, 2010, 2011 and 2012. Mayor Rich Enea called to say that there were many hang-ups; the council just didn't request numbers on them. I have asked Mayor Enea to write an article on some of the unknowns about 911 calls and misconceptions. We await his decision.
