Their bill puts a BAN on bulk ammo sales, outlaws buying ammo for friends, and creates a national ammo registration database. The bill seeks to track, trace, and register every single round of ammo in America. The gun-grabbers want to know how many rounds of ammo you have and for which gun. Keep in mind they want to do this while arming up every single federal government agency in the country.
