July 11th, 2024 – For Redwood Voice Community News, a production of Redwood Voice Youth Media, today’s news: roadwork updates from CalTrans District 1; snowy plovers return to Tolowa Dunes; Del Norte locals voice their concerns over illegal fireworks; a rundown of Brookings’ Pride-In-The-Park celebration; an update on chinook from the ODFW; Grants Pass held a listening session on new ordinances; a Josephine County commissioner is in trouble over an inappropriate comment; and the Yurok announce a new camp for youth.
