The Del Norte Association of Realtors is hosting the Kite Festival, Saturday, June 21. The program allows teachers, principals, parents and the public to offer vouchers to students in need of new shoes, enabling them or their parents to select a pair at Big 5.Verdugo reported last year Realtors were able to help 60 local students, from Kindergarten to High School to use the vouchers.
