Gravestone of Del Norte soldier killed in Viet Nam Courtesy photo Memorial Day 2025 remembers the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice overseas in preserving the way of life and culture in America.Veterans of Foreign War Post Commander Lt. Colonel David Cooper welcome the audience of about 200, including the Del Norte High School Marching Band. Colonel Cooper also chimed the bell for each of the 44 Del Norters who made the ultimate sacrifice.
